- Naan pizza Salmon & Mushrooms -

A delicious naanpizza with smoked Salmon. This recipe is easy to make. Try it for lunch or dinner.

- Naan pizza -

Preheat the oven on 180°C. Heat one tbsp. of olive oil in a frying pan. Cook 400 gr. of vegetarian minced meat or regular minced meat until brown. Cut 2 red peppers in lengthways slices. Cut 1 red onion in halved rings and slice 20 mushrooms. Heat a big pan with a tbsp. of olive oil. Cook the vegetables until tender. Take 1 O Mundo Naan Bread and add 100 gr. of minced meat and some of the cooked vegetables. Crumble a bit of feta on top and place it in the oven. Do the same with the other O Mundo Naan Breads. After 5 min. you can take the Naan pizzas out of the oven and add a handful of arugula on to each naan pizza.

- Vegan curry with courgette and leek -

Preheat the oven on 180°C. Finely slice 2 onions and 1 clove of garlic. Wash 1 leek and 1 courgette and cut the heads of 125 gr. green beans. Place the 2 O Mundo Naan breads in the oven for 5-8 min. Meanwhile you can cook the onions, garlic, leek and courgette in a curry pan. Add 2 tbsp. of curry powder and cook it for 1 more minute. Add 250 ml. of coconut milk. Add the green beans and let it cook on low heat until the beans are tender. Serve with some basmati rice and use the O Mundo Naan Breads as dip.

- Yellow vegan curry -

Preheat the oven on 180°C. Finely slice 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic. Skin 1 sweet potato and cut it in pieces. Cut the ends of 125 gr. of green beans and take the florets of a small cauliflower. Heat 1 tbsp. of olive oil in a curry pan and add the onion and garlic. Add 5 tbsp. of yellow curry paste after 1 min. and fry it for one more minute. Add 400 ml. of coconut milk, 150 ml. vegetable bouillon, the green beans, the sweet potato parts, the baby corn and the cauliflower. Let everything simmer on low heat until the vegetables are done. Place the 2 O Mundo Naan Breads in the oven for 5-8 min. and cook 400 gr. of basmati rice. Add salt and pepper to the curry and 100 gr. of almonds (skinned) and reheat the curry one more time. Serve with the O Mundo Naan Bread and some basmati rice.
